Family Friendly Policies: An Overview

All team members who have been employed by Copy Club for a continuous period of at least 26 weeks at the end of the qualifying week (this is the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth) are entitled to family leave and pay.

We would like for you to tell us as soon as you feel comfortable so that we can start supporting you in planning for your time away from the business. However for legal purposes you must let us know

Just to let you know, all pregnant team members and their partners can take reasonable paid time off for ante-natal care appointments. We’d love for you to give us as much notice as possible. We’re also under a duty to assess any risks that may affect you at work during your pregnancy, so we’ll carry out a risk assessment to identify and minimise these risks.

You will also continue to accrue holiday while you are on family leave, and you are encouraged to take any outstanding holiday due to you before the commencement of your leave.
