Reward and Recognition Policy
Background
We want to make sure the team feel financially rewarded, throughout the year and recognise that we don’t have a fixed bonus structure.
Its really important to stay engaged in the #fridayshoutouts channel to get the most out of reward and recognition at Up Collective.
We also have a Star of the Month award- this is nominated by the team completely democratically and £100 is chosen in any voucher form for the winner each month, announced at the monthly meeting.
Financial reward
To support and financially incentivise our teams, we are introducing three new reward and recognition options:
1. Growth Bonus
Team members who contribute significantly to driving business - whether through new business support, referrals, viral LinkedIn posts, or signing someone up for the accelerator -can receive an on-the-spot bonus of £50. This is facilitated through an Amazon Voucher, coordinated by Finance. Larger one-off bonuses can also be discussed with leadership at any time.
2. Thank You Award
A Thank You Award can be requested by anyone for a fellow team member to acknowledge significant contributions that improve the lives of either the Up Collective or our members. The recommended amount ranges from £25 to £75. Examples of qualifying actions include:
