Upon joining, each new member of the team receives an induction to Copy Club, its aims and goals, the individual’s department, and role, and how you’ll contribute to company activities. We’ll introduce you to lots of the team and pride ourselves on giving every new starter a really warm welcome.
We know that starting a new job can be a big learning curve, which is why we allow for a three-month probationary period. This time is for you to get used to your new role and for you to get to know how we work.
You should have a clear explanation of what is expected of you during this time, as outlined by your Line Manager, and regular check-ins will be scheduled to help you with your progress. We’ll confirm that you’ve passed your probation in writing and in most cases you’ll have a probation review meeting where you get the chance to gather feedback from the team.
If you receive an enquiry from the media or if you suspect that you are speaking to a member of the press, you should refer them to a member of the Senior Leadership Team who will be able to ensure that the question is dealt with effectively and accurately.
